Job profile Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for the supply chain and logistics departments Your expertise will ensure the continuation of building a robust team capable of driving operational excellence and innovation. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent sourcing and acquisition. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and engage high-caliber candidates in the supply chain and logistics fields; 
  • Stakeholder collaboration. Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process; 
  • Candidate experience. Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates, from initial contact through onboarding; 
  • Market analysis. Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions to proactively address staffing challenges; 
  • Process improvement. Continuously assess and enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements Talent Acquisition Specialist

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • A minimum of six years experience in recruitment, specifically within the supply chain or logistics sectors within the Dutch labor market; 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities (in English, Dutch is preferred); 
  • Strong ability to analyze recruitment metrics and adapt strategies accordingly; 
  • Proven capability to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels; 
  • Availability of at least 32 hours per week.

Within four working days we will let you know if you qualify for the position. We will schedule an introductory interview, either digitally or in-person. During this interview we will inform you as fully as possible about the vacancy, the company and the following steps in the procedure.
